About the DataBase

The ROS Producing and Scavenging Protein-DataBase (ROSBase) curates the information about ROS related proteins. The aim of the database is to gather the information on ROS-associated proteins, their UniProt IDs, PDB IDs, function, ROS-associated mechanism, involvement in diseases, and interactome data. The secondary database created based on, UniProt, PubMed, STRING and Google Scholars with text-mining using an in-house python code.
